  • How do I cancel my membership?

  • You may cancel your Epic Elite membership on your membership page. After the cancellation, your membership will not be renewed but you will be able to use Epic Elite membership until the last day of your plan.

  • How will I be notified of a price change?

  • You will be notified of price changes via email.

  • When will I be charged?

  • You will make your first Epic Elite payment when you complete the registration process.  Your plan period will renew and you will be billed every 30 days thereafter.

  • What payment options are valid?

  • A valid credit or debit card is required when enrolling into Epic Elite.
