Please visit the Epic Elite app to enroll. You must be 18 years of age with a valid credit or debit card.

You may update account information on your membership page on the Epic Elite mobile app.

Epic Elite members can see any movie that is listed in the app. The amount for movies you can see depends of the level you selected.

ie. Gold level is 12 movies per month.

Epic Elite members can make as many ticket reservations as their plan permits.

Sign into the Epic Elite app and visit your profile page to cancel your reservations.

If you do not show up for your movie, the movie will count as one visit and will be deducted from your plan allotment.

Epic Elite is a subscription program where members can see a certain amount movies every month for one affordable monthly fee. Members can make advance ticket reservations on the Epic Elite mobile app. Download the app by searching for Epic Elite in the App Store or Google Play.

You can cancel your Epic Elite membership on your membership page. After the cancellation, your membership will not be renewed but you will be able to use Epic Elite until the last day of your plan.  If you cancel within 48 hours of your plan end date, you will be charged for the subsequent period and the change will take effect at the end of your next plan period.

No, unused movie tickets remaining at the end of your subscription month will not carry over.

Visit the Epic Elite app to access your membership, plan your next visit to the movies and view your account. When making your reservation through our mobile app, just be sure you are signed in and your subscription savings will be automatically applied to eligible tickets.
